Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsspinach
  2. 2tbspoon wheat flour
  3. 2tbspoon butter
  4. 1tspoon Black pepper crushed
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 inchesginger
  7. 1green chilli (optional)
  8. Water
  9. 2 cupsmilk (room temperature)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blanch spinach leaves for five minutes and add to chilled water.make fine pastewith ginger and chilli (you can skip it,I like little spicy.)

    Heat Pan add butter to it, once melt add wheat flour and roast it till aroma comes out.

    Gradually add milk with continuous whisking, add crushed black pepper.stir adjust consistency

    Put spinach paste to it mix well add salt and little water if needed.

    Give nice boil and serve hot.here you can serve with garlic bread sticks.I didn't get bread today.tastes yum.healthy option
