Cooking Instructions

Chop or crush walnuts, deseed dates.

Heat ghee in nonstick kadai,add deseeded dates with crushed walnuts.

Combine and stir till few seconds, add milk in it.

Cook with continue stirring until leaves ghee at sides.

For caramelized walnut in a pan add jaggery with 1 tbsp of water when melts add walnuts and mix till coated well.

Then arrange on tray till dries, take half of caramelized walnuts and crush coarsely, add in halwa.

Now take halwa in a bowl, garnish with some dates and caramelized walnuts.
