Add suji,salt,red chilli powder and curd in a bowl.mix well

Now heat oil in a pan add onion to it.once the onion turns pinkish add cabbage,capsicum and carrot let them fry 2-3 min...

Now add salt and red chilli powder to it and mix well...

Take a bowl add tomato, fry vaggies,chat masala,garam masala and mix well...

Now put all this in semolina better and mix well

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,mustard seed,asafotida,curry leavs,green chilli and boiled and mashed potato,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder mix well...add coriander leaves

Take 2 bread slice and spread the potato mixture evenly an each bread slices.then cover with another bread slice.close the bread..

Heat a non-stick pan and add butter and 1 min roast bread then spread semolina mixture on it.pour cooking oil around the slice...

Filp the side carefully..spread mixture on another side..roast for few minutes

Then ready to serve with sauce and green chutney
