  1. 4 sliceWhite bread
  2. 1/2 cupRava/semolina
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 2 tspCurd
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1chopped tomato
  8. 1Chopped carrot
  9. 1/2 finely choppedGreen capsicum
  10. 2 tbspCabbage finely chopped
  11. 1/2 tspChat masala
  12. 1 tspGaram masala
  13. 1Potato boiled
  14. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tspMustard seed
  16. As requiredAsafotida
  17. 1Green chilli
  18. as neededCurry leaves(optional)
  19. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  21. as per tasteSalt
  22. somecoriander leaves
  23. as requiredButter

Cooking Instructions

    Add suji,salt,red chilli powder and curd in a bowl.mix well

    Now heat oil in a pan add onion to it.once the onion turns pinkish add cabbage,capsicum and carrot let them fry 2-3 min...

    Now add salt and red chilli powder to it and mix well...

    Take a bowl add tomato, fry vaggies,chat masala,garam masala and mix well...

    Now put all this in semolina better and mix well

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,mustard seed,asafotida,curry leavs,green chilli and boiled and mashed potato,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder mix well...add coriander leaves

    Take 2 bread slice and spread the potato mixture evenly an each bread slices.then cover with another bread slice.close the bread..

    Heat a non-stick pan and add butter and 1 min roast bread then spread semolina mixture on it.pour cooking oil around the slice...

    Filp the side carefully..spread mixture on another side..roast for few minutes

    Then ready to serve with sauce and green chutney
