Ingredients

  1. 1/2beet root
  2. 1/2apple
  3. 1/2tomato
  4. 1/2carrot
  5. 2 tbsppomegranate seeds
  6. 1 pcginger
  7. 1/2lime juice
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/4 tspblack salt
  11. 1 tspsoaked chia seeds
  12. 3-4ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the veggies & put them in a grinding jar.

    Then add pomegranate & blend all with 1/2 cup water.

    In a serving, glass add ice cubes & soaked chia seeds & transfer this smoothie. Garnish with lime wedges.
