Green Smoothie with Kale

I used to squeeze and drink grapefruit juice every morning, but I jumped on the green smoothie boom and came up with a new version. My family drinks this every morning.
Fresh kale has a rich green color and is thick and heavy, without any small specks. Adjust the amount of water as necessary. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Cookie shiasu

Cooking Instructions

Peel the grapefruit, also removing the pith. Peel the carrot and apple and chop everything into chunks, including the banana.

Chop the kale leaves and stem into pieces.

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until even.
- 4
Blend until smooth and no rough bits remain.
