Take a pan add oil and butter and add onion and green chili stir add ginger garlic paste stir fry add French beans and capsicum stir fry and add carrot stir add cabbage stir and add chicken stir

Take a pan add butter and flour mix stir fry to cook add milk and stir fry to cook add chicken stock and salt and pepper stir cook

Now add cream and cheese stir to cook well add chicken veg mixture mix well add coriander leaves and Flame off keep aside for cool

Take mixer jar add cornflakes and grind well mix bread crumbs and keep aside/ take sawayan broken with hands small pieces

Now beated eggs mix salt and pepper 1pinch/ take chicken veg mixture make fine shape cutlets and dip eggs mixture and cotting cornflakes and bread crumbs

And some cutlets dip- eggs and cotting sawayan and keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat and shallow fry cutlets in this hot oil

Ready to serve with mint chattny and tomato sauce
