Ingredients

15+ 35 minutes
4-5 persons
  1. 150 gwheat flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp oil (for greesing)
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 50ml+ 1 tsp milk
  8. Handfulwalnuts
  9. 1 tspcocoa powder
  10. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  11. 1/4 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

15+ 35 minutes
  1. 1

Take a mixing bowl, add oil, sugar and curd. Beat till everything is nicely blended.

  2. 2

Now take a sieve. Sieve down wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Add milk and cut and fold to mix the ingredients.

  3. 3

A smooth batter is ready. Now divide the batter into two parts. Into one batter add vanilla essence and mix again.
Into the other batter add cocoa powder, add little milk and mix well.

  4. 4

While preparing batter side by side preheat a vessel for baking. Keep a stand in the vessel. We have to keep the cake tin upon the stand so as to avoid direct contact of cake tin and flame.

  5. 5

Ok...so now take the cake tin. Grease it with oil.
Now pour the batter into the tin tap to remove air bubbles. Even the batter.
Next take the chocolate batter. Add that into the tin. Tap at least twice and even it too.

  6. 6

Now using a knife move the batter in random directions to make marble design.

  7. 7

Finally put roughly broken walnuts and keep for baking. Keep a cover on top.
Bake in slow flame for 30 minutes. Check by poking. If required bake for some more time.

  8. 8

I had baked the cake for 35 minutes.
As the cake is ready. Remove and let it cool and come to room temperature.
Then slowly demould the cake. You can cut and enjoy it as such...no more decoration is required..

  9. 9

WALNUT MARBLE VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE CAKE IS READY...GET TWO TYPES OF FLAVOURS AND ALSO A NICE CRUNCH DUE TO WALNUTS
    SERVE WITH CHAI...
