Ingredients

  1. 1/2Mango Ripe
  2. as per tasteSalt
  3. as per tasteBlack pepper
  4. as neededFew Mint leaves finely chopped
  5. 1/4 tspLemon juice
  6. As neededDark Chocolate
  7. as requiredWhipped cream

Cooking Instructions

    Take a dry glass bowl add dark chocolate and melt it and spread in disc shape on butter paper. Place butter paper on such a stand to give it the shape of a taco and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then gently remove and keep a side.

    Take mango peel and cut into small cubes, add in salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mint leaves give a mix.

    Take taco and assemble with chocolate ganache, whipped cream and mango salsa. At top garnish with min leaves and serve.
