Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupQuinoa -
  2. 1Tomato - big (cut into small pieces)
  3. 1Onion (chopped)
  4. 1Carrot - medium (cut into small pieces)
  5. 1Cucumber (cut into small pieces)
  6. 1/2 cupGreen peas. -
  7. 10Beans - no.(cut into small pieces)
  8. 3/4 tspSalt
  9. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  10. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  11. 1/4 th cupProcessed cheese/ cottage cheese -
  12. 1/2 cupSweetcorn -
  13. 1 Green chilli - (chopped)
  14. 1 tsp Coriander leaves -

Cooking Instructions

    Wash thoroughly Quinoa in water.

    Boil Quinoa with salt(1/2 t.spoon.) and water(2 cups) in a cooker.Switch off the gas after one whistle.Let it cool.

    Now steam peas, Sweetcorn, carrot and beans in a cooker.Switch off the gas after one whistle.Let it cool.

    Take a bowl,mix Quinoa, all the steamed vegetables, tomato,onion,Cucumber and lemon juice.

    Add salt and pepper.Add green chillies and coriander. leaves.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle cheese over it and serve.
