  1. 15 Bread Slices pieces
  2. as requiredGhee for frying
  3. 2 ltrsMilk (for making rabri)
  4. as neededSaffron
  5. as requiredPistachio, almond, cardamom
  6. 300 gmsSugar
  7. as requiredRose water, rose petals

Cooking Instructions

    Cut bread slices into round shapes by using sharp edged steel glass.

    Fry bread rounds in ghee until golden colour.. Keep aside

  3. 3

    Make sugar syrup and add rose water for aroma.

  4. 4

    Dip fried bread rounds into sugar syrup, take out and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Make rabri using milk, add saffron. continuously stirring until thick but pouring consistency. Add sugar. Mix

    Put bread rounds into rabri and cover it completely with rabri...put pistachio, almonds on top.. Garnish with rose petals.. Serve warm
