Deep fry the rusk toast and set aside.

Chop the cashews and almonds and set aside.

Heat the milk and keep it warm.

In a pot, add 1 cup water, sugar to taste, cardamom powder, orange food coloring, and a little lemon juice. Cook to make a syrup.

Dip the fried rusk toast in the warm milk, then remove.

Place the milk-soaked toast into the sugar syrup and cook on low heat.

Garnish with the chopped nuts and serve.
