Name: Toast cake

Ingredients: 2 cups flour; 250 g butter; 1 cup sugar; 5 eggs; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp nutmeg; 1 tsp vanilla flavor; 2 tbs liquid milk (optional)

1 cupsugar
5eggs
1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tspnutmeg
1 tspvanilla flavor
2 tbsliquid milk (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar and butter till light and fluffy

Add beaten eggs, vanilla flavor and milk

Mix then add your dry ingredients in bits.

Rub some butter on your bread toaster

Put in the cake mixture and cover to cook for 8-10 minutes

Remove and continue same for the remaining batter
