Rich, buttery, crisp and melt in mouth cookies which are perfectly go with your cup of coffee or tea.
Cooking Instructions

Grind Cardamom and sugar together to make fine powder.

Take flour in a big bowl and mix salt and baking powder.

Add melted butter and mix well till flour will crumble.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
- 5
Add milk slowly and knead a dough.
- 6
Roll dough in log shape and tightly wrap in aluminum foil.

Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes cut this log in 1/2 inch thick circle.

Cut these circles in your desired shape with cookie cutter.

Arrange these cookies on greased baking tray and bake in an otg for 15 minutes on 180℃.

Melt in mouth cardamom cookies are ready, store in airtight jar for a week.
