Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswater
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 3-4crushed green chilli
  4. 1 tspcumin seed
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. Pinchsoda
  7. 1/2 tspPeanut oil
  8. As Requiredred chilli powder to sprinkle

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan boil the water, add green chili, cumin seed, salt, and a pinch of soda, and mix well.

    Add rice flour and stir well, stir it continuously with roller and break all the lumps and make a smooth mixture.

    Cover the mixture and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes or till the rice flour is cooked

  4. 4

    When it is cooked, remove it in a serving bowl topped with peanut oil and sprinkle red chili powder or pickle masala. Serve it when it is warm.
