Firstly take a big parat add maida n sooji rawa n hot oil n pinch of salt mix it well n add slowly slowly water n make a soft dough, n cover d dough n cover d Cloth n keep a a side for 30 minutes, take all the above ingredients together.

Now we will make a stuffing heat d kadhai add 1 tbsp ghee.

Add grated coconut n seasome seeds mix it well n cook.

Add poppy seeds sugar n mix it well n cook for a minutes, n switch of the gas.

Transfer d mixture inthe other plate, add green cardamom powder n mix it well.

Now our stuffing n modak cover dough is ready to make modak., Heat d kadhai pour oil let it hot.

Now making fried modak take a small portion of dough n roll it like a chapati n take a any lid n cut into d same round shape like a poori add stuffing each poori.

N give d shape of modak slowly slowly make all d modak into the same procedure.

Now our oil is hot add modak into the hot oil n fry in medium flame both d side.

Now remove the modak into the kitchen tissue our delicious and tasty and yummy fried modak is ready to serve, serve in a serving plate for bappa I will make this modak today for Naivaidya prasad.
