Curry Soup
I created this healthy dish without using ready-made curry roux.Add your choice of chicken, meat and veggies! If you coat the chicken and vegetables in curry powder before sautéing, it will make the soup more aromatic. The trick is to sauté the ketchup well in Step 2, and mix the spices well, as if creating a paste. For 4 servings. Recipe by seoulei

Jamerican Curry Chicken & Rice Soup
It would seem that all the soups sold in grocery stores have sugar in it. My favorite is chicken noodle, but my diet doesn't allow any noodles or sugar. So I decided to take my mom's curry chicken recipe & make a soup out of it. I use Indian rice (basmati) instead of noodles & vegetable broth can be used instead of chicken broth.

Curry Soup with Shredded Chicken
I love curry. Sometimes I make curry soup to eat up lots of vegetables! This curry soup has a tasty broth and bone-in chicken thigh simmered until fork-tender. It's a simple recipe that uses curry powder.Rinse the chicken well and season with a generous amount with salt and pepper so it won't taste plain. Although it depends on your brand of curry powder, this amount should be just enough to make it spicy. If you like it less spicy, adjust to about 1 to 2 teaspoons. You can add other spices to make your own variation. For 2-3 serving. Recipe by Toiroiro

You can use any of your choice. I like celery in this dish.If you use garlic, crush it before adding.Use as much curry powder as you like. For 4 servings. Recipe by Tomomikicchin

Delicious Thai-style Soup Curry with Shiitake Powder
Adding Shiitake powder to any type of curry makes it more delicious, but as Thai curries use herbs, it pairs perfectly with dried Shiitake!Shiitake has 2 types of aroma, the scent picked up by the nose before we eat it, and the smell that rises up from deep inside our throat after swallowing it. The latter scent is stronger for Shiitake, so it also amplifies spices' aroma and other ingredients.Zen monks found Forest-grown Shiitake is the best Umami enhancer for Vegan Cuisine more than 1000-years ago in Japan. The drying and rehydrating process of Shiitake produces "Guanylate," a natural Umami energizer. Guanylate amplifies the Umami taste of all foods.Unlike Dried Porcini, Shiitake can enhance the Umami taste of your cooking without adding a mushroom flavor.Tips and tricks:Adding a little water to Shiitake powder and waiting 10 minutes before using, maximizes 3x the Umami Flavor! One dry Tbsp equals one pre-soaked tsp, the same Umami boosting power. The drying and rehydrating process of Shiitake produces "Guanylate," a natural Umami energizer. 5 Spices Sapporo Soup Curry
I love soup curry. I tried making it with the spices I had on hand, and wow! It was quite delicious. It's too spicy for small children. You can use whatever added ingredients you like. I recommend things like daikon radish, lamb, bacon and cabbage. For 2 servings. Recipe by Ryuuchan mama

Simple & Homemade Soup Curry
With kids it's difficult to find the time to go to a soup curry restaurant. So I tried making it at home, and it came out very tasty!!My husband asks me to make this about twice a month. There's a lot of ingredients, but you just add them all together so it's really simple. It maybe takes 30 minutes to make.If you don't add curry powder, it becomes even smoother.Cut back on the ketchup and vinegar for a less acidic, more mild taste. The chicken and soup can be frozen! It's better if you de-bone the chicken. For 2 servings. Recipe by Izumiuna

Mixed Potato Creamy Curry Soup

Thai Coconut Curry Soup
Loosely based on a Thai recipe from a cooking class I took in Ko Lanta, Thailand made from ingredients easily sourced from my small local grocery store. I tried to do it this way to make the recipe more accessible. Not everyone has access to an Asian supermarket..I like spicy food so this will make a very spicy soup. (we're talkin' north-eastern Thai spicy!) Adjust the amount of chiles to taste. I used turkey since it's leaner and cheaper here. Use chicken, shrimp, or any source of protein.
