Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add gelatin and add warm water. Set aside to bloom.

In a pan add fresh cream and stir to bring it to boil. At this time Microwave the gelatin for 30 seconds.

Add powdered sugar to the cream and stir well, add warm gelatin and on low flame keep stirring until gelatin dissolved. Set aside

Add Rose syrup to the gelatin mix and whisk well. Strain into a bowl and then pour into a glass bowl,

Refrigerate for 3 hrs until set.

For garnish of Sugar brittles - in a pan add sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved, add glucose syrup and chopped fresh Rose petals. Stir and set aside

Pour the sugar into a silicone mat and let it set for 1 hr

Plate with the Pannacotta and add some sugar brittles on the sides, some Rose syrup on top and fresh Rose petals. Enjoy!
