Ingredients

  1. 300 mlfresh cream
  2. 100 mlmilk
  3. 100 gmssugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence
  5. 1/2 tsprose essence
  6. 1 tbspagar agar powder
  7. freshFresh rose petals
  8. 2 tbsprose syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan,cook cream,milk and sugar together on a low flame.

  2. 2

    Add agar agar dissolved in water and mix well.keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add rose syrup and vanilla essence after cooling the mix.

  4. 4

    Set it in a silicon cup for atleast 5 hours.

  5. 5

    Demould and serve chilled topped with rose syrup and fresh petals
