Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsGreen peas
  2. 250 gramspaneer
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2chopped onion
  6. as required desi ghee
  7. 1/2 tspjeera
  8. 5-10cashew
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspKashmiri mirch
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspkasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a Pan heat the deshi ghee and roast the paneer till light brown.

    Now take a kadhai heat the oil and add jeera and saute it now add ginger garlic paste and onion and cook till golden brown.

    Add tomato puree add all spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled peas and required water and cook 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame.

    Now add paneer and mix well and cook 5 minutes low flame.

  6. 6

    Off the flame and serve hot matar paneer with chapati.
