Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 7 ozgreen beans
  2. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  3. 2 slicesturkey bacon
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1chili pepper
  6. Seasonings:
  7. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  8. 1/3 cupsteamed salted pork juice (or 1 tablespoon fish sauce)
  9. 1 teaspoonsugar
  10. 1 teaspoonrice wine

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the green beans with the steamed salted pork juice and minced garlic for three minutes, then add the minced chili pepper and bring to a boil. Drain and cut in half, set aside.

    Slice the yellow bell pepper, cook the turkey bacon until done, then slice and set aside.

    In the same pan, add the sliced yellow bell pepper, season with sugar and rice wine, and stir-fry with sesame oil. Plate and top with the sliced turkey bacon.

    PS: I used some juice from homemade steamed salted pork from the fridge. The steamed salted pork juice adds great flavor without needing extra salt.
