Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add tofu with salt, cook for 3 minutes.

Add green beans, cook for 3 minutes.

Add bell pepper and scallions, cook for 1 minute.

Add tomato, cook for 1 minute.

Add garlic, cook for 1 minute.

Add basil, remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, and chili oil.

Cook until tofu browns and caramelizes, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve over jasmine rice, topped with crushed peanuts and scallions.
