Ingredients

30 minutes
8 to 10 people
  1. For gulab jamun Balls
  2. 1 CupMawa
  3. 1/2 CupPaneer
  4. 1/4 CupMaida
  5. 2 pinchBaking Soda
  6. as required Milk (if required)
  7. For Stuffing
  8. 1 TspMishri
  9. For sugar syrup
  10. 1 cupSugar
  11. 2 CupWater

Cooking Instructions

    For Gulab jamun Balls
    In a bowl add mawa and mash it with plam then add paneer, mash it then add 1/4 Cup maida, 2 pinch Soda with gentle hand bring together everything to make a smooth dough.
    (Add milk if required spoon by spoon and do not knead heavily)

    Divide the dough into small portion.Mishri and Cashews cut into small pieces.Mishri and Cashews stuffed in it. Make balls.

    For sugar syrup
    Add Sugar and Water in a pan. Cook until syrup is little sticky.Add Cardamom powder
    Sugar syrup is ready.

    Fry it on low flame until golden brown in colour.It will take around 6 to 7 minutes. Keep in a plate.

    Add gulab jamun in syrup.Gulab jamun and Syrup should be Lukewarm otherwise gulab jamun not absorbed the syrup.

    Hot and delicious Gulab jamun is ready.
