Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and mix full cup of powder milk, baking powder,cardamom powder and mix well.then aad ghee and egg in it and mix with light hand(don,t over mix)

Then make small bolls in equal size with greeced hand with oil. and put it in to oil.the oil pre_ heated on low flame. Fry all balls,

Stirring with ligh hand when the colour of the balls gone brown. Put it in prepared sheera. Give it 10 min for soaking.then serve and enjoy
