Ingredients

  1. 20-25Dates -
  2. 2 tbspGrated coconut -
  3. 2 tbspPoppy seeds -
  4. 1 tbspChopped cashew nuts -
  5. 1 tbspChopped almonds -
  6. 1 tbspChopped walnuts -
  7. 1 tbspRaisins -
  8. 1 tbspPista -
  9. 10-12Digestive biscuits -

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast all dry nuts in a medium flame.

  2. 2

    In the same pan dry roast grated coconut and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In the same pan dry roast the poppy seeds and keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Add the digestive biscuits into the blender and blend it.

  5. 5

    Remove the seeds and finely chop the dates.

  6. 6

    Take the dates in a pan till soft.
    Turn off the flame.

  7. 7

    Add all dry nuts,raisins,poppy seeds and grated coconut and mix well
    Now add digestive biscuits powder and mix well..

  8. 8

    Pour the mixture into greased plate and cut into diamond shape..
