Palak Paratha is a healthy mouth-watering unleavened Indian flatbread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is made with spinach, whole wheat flour, chilies, carom seeds and is onion free. These Paratha are very healthy, delicious and easy to make. Serve this tasty flatbread for breakfast with white butter, curd, or pickle.
Cooking Instructions

First of all, wash and clean the spinach. Now heat water in a pan. Now add salt to this spinach and boil it for a while. Then when the spinach becomes soft, let it cool down.

Now take a mixer jar. Add spinach to it. Now add green coriander, green chillies, ginger, and garlic then grind it and make paste.

Now pour the spinach paste in a bowl. Now add wheat flour, besan (gram flour), carom seeds, white sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder, roasted cumin powder and salt to taste and mix everything well.

Now add a little water in the flour mixer and mix the flour. Now that the flour is bound, add oil, knead it and make a dough like roti dough. Now that the dough is well mixed, make a small balls of dough.

Now weave round paratha from this small balls. Now take a tava and heat the tava and put on paratha on this heated tava. Put ghee on both sides of this paratha on a hot tava and fry it.

Now Delicious spinach paratha is ready to serve. Garnish it with masala curd, fried green chillies, coriander and mint chutney.
