Steps

Dough:Knead a soft dough by adding wheat flour, sesame seeds, dry coriander powder, salt, oil and water and keep a side by wrapping in moist cloth for 20 minutes. Then divide in to 3 to 4 equal size balls take the balls in hand and press with both palms to make disc shape..

Stuffing: grate or mash paneer with hand.

Put oil in wok. Now add cumin seeds, then add green chilli paste saute for 1/2 minute then add garlic paste and saute for other half minute.Then you can add chopped onion and saute till it golden brown.I had opted it.

Then add turmeric powder in it,back to back add grated paneer.

Then add salt and sugar powder, aamchoor and garam masala.

Mix all properly and let it cook for 1 to 2 mins till the moist is removed,then lastly add fresh chopped coriander,then spread the stuffing in kadhai and let it cool

Roll paratha: Dust the dough with wheat flour and put on roll area then make a thin circle sheets with the help of Rollin pin,then put the paneer stuffing in centre in triangle shape..

Then fold the right side with out stuffing area inside. Same way from left side and from bottom side press slightly and pack paratha..

Then put the triangle paratha on roti tava semi roast from one side the flip other side.. then put ghee on semi roast side and again flip the paratha again grease paratha with ghee and roast it till it became golden brown from both side..

Then on plater or in kids tiffin put paratha grate lots of cheese and serve it with children's favourite tomato ketchup and mint chutney
