Ingredients

  1. as required Dry Pasta (8-10oz, any kind)
  2. 1-1.5 lbsbeef
  3. 1 CanGolden Mushroom Soup
  4. 1 CanCream of Mushroom Soup
  5. 4 ozCream Cheese
  6. 1/2 Stickbutter
  7. 1/3 CupWhite Wine ×2
  8. 1 TBSeach: Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika
  9. 2-3 TBSOlive Oil for Pasta
  10. as per taste Optional Granish: Basil, Parsley, Crushed Red Pepper
  11. As Per Taste Salt,

    Brown beef and drain

    Boil noodles til al dente tender, add Olive Oil and stir.

  4. 4

    In Saucepan, Melt 1/2 stick Butter with 1/3C White Wine, Paprika, Garlic, Black Pepper, then add the cans of Golden Mushroom and Cream of Mushroom and 4oz Cream Cheese. Heat til all is melted and mixed.

    Add the cooked/drained beef, cooked noodles, and 1/3C White Wine. Stir til well-blended.

    Serve portion into a bowl, salt to taste, optionally garnish with Basil, Parsley and Crushed Red Pepper.
