Strawberry mango lassi
One of the most popular Pakistani-Indian drinks is lassi. Lassi is a simple full-fat yogurt-based beverage drunk ice cold with a layer of froth on it as it gets churned. You can have either have some version of sweet lassi, or a salty lassi, spicy lassi, or savory lassi.Strawberry Mango Lassi is a vibrant and refreshing twist on the traditional drink. It combines the sweetness of mangoes with the freshness of strawberries and every sip will feel like you're at a tropical party. Combined with a creamy yogurt and spiced with cardamom within the drink, it will truly leave you feeling satisfied after your meal!Strawberry Mango Laaai ia as simple, it’s practically not even a recipe! All you need is some yogurt, milk, fruit and a blender. It’s creamy, perfectly sweet and really, really addictive. Serve it on hot summer days or as a refreshing accompaniment to spicy meals. It is even ideal for brunch or as a light breakfast option.

Strawberry Mango Lassi
traditionally a lassi is a yogurt mango drink, but I have added strawberrys and you could subsitute any number of your favourite fruit. I didn't have mangos so I used mango flavour yogurt and mango juice but you could change that to 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and hot of a mango.

Lassi
In India, people put the ingredients in a clay pot and pound it rhythmically with a stick to blend. I don't have a clay pot, so I shake it in a tumbler covered with a lid (you can use air-tight containers as well.) You can make this whenever you want to drink it, and you don't need to wash cookware afterwards, so this is very convenient. The trick is to shake it really well to make it foamy. The end result is different compared to if you just stirred the ingredients. Finely crushed ice works best. Only use a small amount of ice, enough to cool the drink. I used granulated sugar, but other types are fine too. Recipe by hinata

Refreshing Indian Lassi
There are several mango trees in the garden of the house where I grew up in India, so we could eat all the mangoes we wanted. Mango lassi is a dessert or drink that we often had made with those freshly pickled mangoes. Bananas and berries go well with this too.-Some fruits to try based on the reports of people who have tried this recipe: Mangoes, bananas, apples, pineapple, melon, apricots, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, clementines, peaches, canned clementines, dekopon oranges, iyokan oranges - or combine 2-3 fruits of your choice. You can also use soy milk instead of milk or water.-If you prefer a lighter drink or you don't like milk, use water instead.-You can make a plain lassi without any fruit.-If you use 3 seeds of cardamon (2/3 teaspoon) you'll get a cardamon lassi, which is the most refreshing.-Mango purée is delicious served with ice too.
