Ingredients

  1. 2raw mango
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. 1 tspred chilli
  6. 1/2turmeric
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspsauf powder
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel off raw mangoes. Cut into big pieces. Heat a kadai and add oil. Add jeera and sauf. When it splutters, add mango pieces, add masala and mix it well.

    Now its time to add jaggery and water. Let it boil. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas. Our raw mango curry is ready.

    This raw mango curry can be served as a side dish. It tastes yummy with roti and paratha.
