Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesladdi pav buns
  2. 4 tbspgarlic butter
  3. 1/2 cupleftover pavbhaji
  4. 1 tspbutter
  5. 1/2onion finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsppavbhaji masala
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste as required
  9. 2 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  10. Pizza Cheese as required

Cooking Instructions

    On griddle add heat butter. As it melts add chopped onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add pavbhaji masala salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Sprinkle & mix corainder leaves. Keep aside.

    To prepare garlic butter..mix 1 tsp garlic paste in soft butter. Mix well and keep aside.
    Warm up leftover pavbhaji.

    Slit both pavbuns. Apply garlic butter on inner both sides. Flip and roast it crispy.

    Now spread prepared spicy onion mixture in lower side of roasted part of pavbuns. On it spread warm leftover pavbhaji. On it grate pizza cheese. Cover with upper side.

    Apply garlic butter on outer surface of pavbuns. On it spread little spicy onion mixture, corainder leaves and grated cheese. Serve.
    (You can bake in Airfryer/ oven for few minutes if you want crispy masala pav).

    Serve/ Relish Delicious Masala Pav.
