Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250gms black dates
  2. 1 tspalmonds chopped
  3. 1 tspcashew chopped
  4. 1 tsppistachio chopped
  5. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  6. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take seedless black dates. Chop in a chopper or grind in the grinder. Roughly Chop all dry fruits. Take a nonstick pan add ghee and roast the dry fruits.

    Now add chopped dates and fry till it comes together and leaves the pan. Transfer in a big plate to cool down. Then grease the mould and put a ball to shape modak.

    Prepare all modak in the same way and put on a plate. Our dates and dry fruits modak are ready to offer to Lord Ganesha.
