Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 cup seedless dates (200ģram)
  2. 1 cupwalnut, almond, cashew nut
  3. 1/2 cuppumpkin seeds
  4. 2 table spoonghee
  5. 4 table spoonwarm milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee roast dates till soft. After 2 or 3 min put out it.

    Now add 1 tablespoon ghee roast another dry fruits on low flame for 2 min till become crispy.

    After cool down transfer into a zipper bag. Crack it with rolling pin coarsely. Now mix dates dough & dry fruits in a big bowl.

    Mix it with hands like flour dough. Add warm milk in 3 steps.when the mixture collect togather.

  5. 5

    Make ladoo or any shape. Keep it for some time in refrejater. Now it will be set.

  6. 6

    No sugar no much ghee no hard labour but tasty healthy ladoo is ready. Coarse dry fruits gives different flavour & taste.
