  1. 20-25deseeded dates
  2. as neededSome roasted cashews
  3. 1/4 cupRoasted almonds
  4. as neededRoasted pistachios
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  6. as neededGhee for grease

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the dates in a mixer

  2. 2

    Coarse grind the roasted nuts

  3. 3

    Mix both of these in a mixing bowl, add cardamom powder

  4. 4

    Grease the modak mould and put the mixture in to the mould. Press it and demould.

  5. 5

    Modak is ready.Consume within 4-5 days
