Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdates
  2. 1/2 cupalmonds,walnuts, cashew each
  3. 1/4 cuppistachio,melon seeds and sesame seeds each
  4. 1/4 cupdry coconut grated
  5. 1/2 cupjaggery
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 cuproasted oats powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dates in 1 cup hot water for 2 hours. When they get soften grind them in fine paste.

    Roast all dry fruits in a pan on medium flame until it turns golden and crispy. Then add grated coconut and saute on low flame until it gets aromatic. keep aside.

    Now take dates paste and saute for 5 mnt on low flame. When it gets thicken add dry fruit and jaggery cardamom powder mix well. Add roasted oats powder to absorb moisture.

    When it gets thicken transfer into greased plate spread evenly and keep in freeze for 1-2 hours.

    Now Chikki is set cut them into small pieces.
