Cooking Instructions

Sieve wheat flour. Add 2tb ghee and knead a tight dough with milk. Cover and leave it for 15 to 20 min.

Roll a thick roti and make an impression. and roast on tawa on a very slow flame. Both side. Turn off the flame and make pieces. Allow it to cool.

Now churn and make a powder form. Transfer to a plate.
Beat 2tbsp.ghee and jaggery and mix a bhakhri powder. Add cream (Malai)and nutmeg powder and mix well. - 4
Make a ball with the mixture. Garnish with chopped pistachio.
Delicious Instant Ladoo is ready to Serve.
