Cooking Instructions

Drain chickpea in a strainer.Now grind all the ingredients of Falafel except oil, sesame seeds and baking soda.(On pulse mode and with the help of a spatula clean the sides of the jar and blend)Keep it in the fridge for 20 min.

Heat oil in a pan, mix baking soda and sesame seeds in the chickpea mixture.Make lemon size balls from the chickpea mixture.Deep fry all the Falafel in batches.Drop the balls in hot oil first and then adjust the heat.(it should be low to medium heat.)Fry them until golden brown.

Your delicious Falafel is ready to serve.Serve it hot with hummus.
