Rajma Chawal

Very famous, well known and mostly everyone knows how to cook their ways.
Today i made rajma and chawal separately.
Yummy n testy..
Cooking Instructions

Tk a rajma in a bowl,Wash well,sock fr at least 1 hr in hot water and pressure cook with 4 whistles,drain the excess water.
Nicely chop onion, tomato, garlic, chilli and ginger. - 2
In a pan add oil n ghee,add all tempering ingredients,when start crackle add ginger,garlic chilli,onion n tomato with tomato puree and salt, sauté till oil get separate.. then add boiled Rajma and water..

When water start boiling add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and grm masala..
After few minutes add fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Let it boil fr another 2-3 mnts then off the flame.
Rajma is ready.. - 4
For Rice..
Wash n Sock the rice fr 10 mnts.
Boil the water in a pen,add salt,then rice,cook untill Rice get Cook,drain the excess water.
Rice is ready.. - 5
Time to plating..
Tk a rajma in bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander.
Same way,remove the cooked rice in a bowl, sprinkle freshly cut coriander leaves and serve hot.
