In a bowl add wheat flour and jowar...then add salt, ajwain, oil..Mix it well

Then add water as needed...Mix it properly there will be no lumps on it...It should be just like dosa batter..Cover it and Keep aside for 4 minutes...

Heat non stick pan...Then add spoonful dosa batter..Spread it evenly..then sprinkle flex seeds powder and chopped onion...Cook in slow flame..flip the dosa gently...so that the topings will not comes out..and cook till it is light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done..then transfer to a serving plate...
