  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1 cupmaida or atta/ wheat flour
  4. 2green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1 spoonginger finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  7. 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  8. Curry leaves finely chopped
  9. 1/2 cuponions finely chopped
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1 cupcurd

    Mix rava, maida, rice flour, curd, cumin seeds, black pepper,ginger, green chillies in a bowl.

    Mix well with some water and set it aside for 15 min.

    After 15 min add chopped onion and coriander leaves to it.

  4. 4

    Take a very hot pan and add little oil if required and make it as dosa. Have this with chutney or sambar.
