Ingredients

  1. 4mideum size pear
  2. 150 grkhaand or sugar
  3. 1/4 tea spooncinnamon powder
  4. 1 tea spoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel & cut into small pieces of pears. In a pan add pear, khaand & cinnamon. On low flame cook it. Cover with lid.

    Check occasionally. When it become soft, blend them with electric blender.

  3. 3

    Again transfer into pan. Now add lemon juice in it. Cook it till material leave from pan.

  4. 4

    Now it ready for use. Tasty & healthy jam.
