Pear is considered to be among the healthiest fruits due to its high fibre content, antioxidants, and minerals. It is also an easily available fruit in india.
Cooking Instructions

Wash, peel & cut into small pieces of pears. In a pan add pear, khaand & cinnamon. On low flame cook it. Cover with lid.

Check occasionally. When it become soft, blend them with electric blender.

Again transfer into pan. Now add lemon juice in it. Cook it till material leave from pan.

Now it ready for use. Tasty & healthy jam.
