Ingredients

1 hour
3 people
  1. 4 bowlswater
  2. 1.5 bowlsragi
  3. 1 kgmutton
  4. Salt
  5. Turmeric
  6. 3ts coriander powder
  7. 2ts garam masala
  8. 2ts mutton masala
  9. 2ts cumin seeds
  10. Green chilli
  11. 1ts red chilli powder
  12. Oil
  13. Ginger and garlic paste
  14. 5onions

Cooking Instructions

    Pour 4 bowls of water,add 1 ts spoon salt and 1.5 bowl ragi.

    Mix ragi and water and keep stirring continuously.

    Keep stirring until the ragi tightens.Take mutton and add onions into it.

    Into the mutton add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,garam masala.

    Make a paste of cumin seeds and green chillies and add it into the mutton. Add turmeric and red chilli powder.

    Add 2 ts mutton masala,salt and oil.

  7. 7

    Mix it well and add it into the pan.

    Cook the mutton.

    Add coriander leaves.Ragi mudda with mutton curry is ready.
