Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 500 gmmutton
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 2onions chopped
  4. 1 tspginger
  5. 1 tspgarlic
  6. 2 tspcumin coriander powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1bay leaf
  11. 2red chilli
  12. 1 handfulgaram masala whole
  13. 1 tspmeat masala
  14. To tastesalt and sugar
  15. As neededoil and ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the mutton with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf red chilli and whole garam masala

  3. 3

    Add onion and garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and saute well adding mutton

  5. 5

    Cover and cook for another 20 mnts

  6. 6

    Now add cumin and coriander powder and red chilli powder

  7. 7

    Saute well adding warm water and bring it to boil

  8. 8

    Add ghee and garam masala and serve
