This is an amazing delicious spicy curry of mutton. Nagpur is a city in Maharashtra state and there Saoji is a chain of restaurants specially famous for spicy non veg dishes. Here I used special Saoji masala for amazing taste and flavour.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmutton
  2. Oil as required for curry
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbspsaoji garam masala
  5. 2onions
  6. 50 gmdry coconut
  7. 2 tspturmeric powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First clean and wash mutton with hot water and salt and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now roast sliced onions and dry coconut by adding water

  3. 3

    Make a smooth paste of it

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in a pressure cooker

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste

  6. 6

    Saute for 1min till raw smell goes

  7. 7

    Add onion coconut paste

  8. 8

    Saute for 2min or till oil starts releasing

  9. 9

    Now add all dry spices

  10. 10

    Mix it well

    Add washed mutton

  12. 12

    Mix it well

  13. 13

    Add 1 glass of hot water

  14. 14

    Cook for 4 whistles till mutton gets cooked

  15. 15

    Once cooker gets cooled

  16. 16

    Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot and spicy saoji Mutton Curry with chapati and rice.
