Ingredients

3-4 people
  1. 1 cuproasted ragi flour
  2. 2 tablespoonsroasted rava
  3. 1/2 cupthick dahi well beaten
  4. To temper and sauté ~
  5. 1/2 cupchopped mixed veggies of your choice
  6. 2green chilies & little ginger chopped
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 teaspoonurad dal
  9. 1 teaspoonchanna dal
  10. Salt 🧂 to taste
  11. 1 teaspoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadai. Temper with mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Add chopped green chilies,ginger and saute well. Add sliced onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and mix well. Let cool completely

    Take roasted ragi flour, rava in a mixing bowl. Add curd and mix well. Add the cooked vegetables and mix. Add some water if required to adjust consistency. The batter should be like idli batter.

    Heat appe pan add few drop of oil in each hole. Put the batter and cook from both sides. Serve ragi paniyaram hot with coriander & mint chutney
