Ingredients

  1. Doritos Nachos 1 whole packet
  2. 4Tomatoes
  3. 1big capsicum
  4. 3-4green chillies
  5. 4-5plums
  6. 1apple
  7. 1/2 bowlpaneer/ cottage cheese
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves
  10. 8-10chopped olives
  11. 1lemon juice
  12. 1 pinchBlack salt powder
  13. 3 teaspoonsugar

Cooking Instructions

    First of all for making cream cheese, blend paneer along with salt and lemon juice. Keep adding whey to it and keep blending until you get a smooth cream like texture. And your cream cheese is ready.

    For making spicy salsa, roast tomatoes, capsicum and 3 green chillies in either OTG, Airfryer or on open fire. Now cover them for few minutes and let them cool down. Peel off their skin and chop them in tiny pieces. Add salt, black salt and 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well. Add chopped coriander leaves and stems both and mix. Refrigerate it for an hour before serving.

    For making sweet salsa, chop plums, apple and 1/2 green chilli in very tiny pieces and add salt, sugar to it. Mix well. Refrigerate it for an hour before serving.

    Now for serving arrange Doritos nochos chips in a plate. Top it with both salsa and cream cheese. Now on top add olive piece and munch upon it.
