Ingredients

  1. 500 gmrajma
  2. Oil
  3. 1ts cumin seeds
  4. 1ts fennel seeds
  5. Bayleaf
  6. 3ts coriander powder
  7. 1ts turmeric
  8. 1ts red chillipowder
  9. 3tomatoes
  10. Fresh cream
  11. Clove
  12. 2onion
  13. Green chilliies
  14. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Into a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, clove, fennel seeds and bay leaf.

    Into a blender add onions, garlic and green chilliies. Then add this paste into the pan.

    Into the paste add coriander powder, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.

  4. 4

    When the masala gets fried add tomato puree, stir fry and add rajma. Saute the rajma and add water.

  5. 5

    Tasty rajma curry is ready and at last add fresh cream to it. Serve it hot with kulcha or any bread.
