Cooking Instructions

Soak the Rajma in warm water for 4-5 hrs.then pressure cook till 4 whistles, Discard the water by strainer.
Chop the onion and tomato.
Cut the garlic and chillies. - 2
Add butter and oil in the pan. splutter the mustard and cumin Seeds together with Bay leaf, cinnamon stick and asafoetida.
Now add curry Leaves, onion,garlic and chillies.
Saute well.
Now add tomato and salt.saute till tomato cook well.
Time to add chilli coriander and turmeric powder.mix with tomato gravy till oil release. - 3
Now add water,
When water boils add boiled Rajma and let it cook on a slow flame.
When gravy starts to thicken, add kitchen king masala and lemon juice.stir equally and switch off the gas. Cover the pan for a while. - 4
Now Rajma Curry is ready.
Transfer into the bowl and serve.
I served it with Basmati Rice.
