Ingredients

  1. 1 cupor 200 g rajma (kidney beans)
  2. 2big onions chopped
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  6. 4tomatoes chopped
  7. 2 tbspfresh cream
  8. 1/2 tspjeera
  9. 1 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1 tspmirch powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1big spoon oil
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rajma for 6 hours and boil

  2. 2

    First heat the pan add 1 tsp oil, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, sprinkle some salt and cook for 2 minutes on slow flame. Then add chopped tomatoes stir well, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

    Now switch off the gas and let it cool down. Then make the pure of it.

    Now heat the pan add oil, jeera, add pure and stir well.

    Add haldi, mirch, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.cook till release the oil.then add cream and again cook till release the oil.

    Now add rajma and some water and cook until boiling.

    Ready to serve with rice or roti.
