  1. For dough:
  2. 1small bowl - maida (all-purpose flour)
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. Water as required
  6. Stuffing:
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1small bowl - boiled noodles
  9. 1small - chopped onion
  10. 1/2small - chopped carrot
  11. 1/2small - chopped yellow capsicum
  12. 1/2small - chopped green capsicum
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 2 tspgreen chilli sauce
  15. 1 tspSoya sauce
  16. 1 tsptomato ketchup
  17. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  18. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for dough and knead dough. Keep covered for 15 minutes then make small balls from it.

    Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute. Add sliced onions, capsicum, carrot, boiled noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt and black pepper and mix well. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes then remove it from heat and keep aside.

    Roll out dough balls,keep stuffing on side of sheet. Fold and close the roll like envelope and make all rolls with same process.

    Fry this rolls in hot oil till golden brown. Enjoy hot and crispy vegetable spring roll with tomato sauce.
