Ingredients

  1. 2 poundsfresh Brussel Sprouts, rinsed, trimmed and cut in half
  2. 1 poundbacon, cut in half
  3. 1yellow onion, sliced
  4. 1red pepper, sliced
  5. Sprinkle Black Pepper
  6. Sprinkle Goya Light Adobo

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot sauté your bacon with your sliced onion and red pepper until bacon is cooked, do not drain bacon fat ……

  2. 2

    Add into bacon your Brussel Sprouts, black pepper and adobo and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender………. Serve and enjoy as a side dish or by itself !!! 😉
